About Serene Holistic Therapies
I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Gemma and I am the owner of Serene Holistic Therapies. I am based in Frome, Somerset, where I offer personalised holistic treatments to support your well-being.
I have been interested in the healing power of the body and the mind for quite some time and will always look for for a natural remedy to anything. I also like to make my own natural skin care and cleaning products for my personal use.
It was due to my youngest son that I became interested in reflexology, I was looking for a natural treatment to help with his asthma and reflexology was the treatment that kept appearing. The more I looked into it the more amazing I realised this therapy was and decided that I would train to become a fully qualified level 3 reflexologist myself. I have since also become qualified to provide Indian head massage and also holistic facial massage as other treatment options. I feel privileged to be able to offer you the many wonderful benefits that these treatments offer.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), and I am fully insured.

Fees & availability
Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, with sessions designed to help you relax, unwind, and restore balance.
Reflexology (60 minutes) — £55
Indian Head Massage (45 minutes) — £50
Holistic Facial Massage (60 minutes) — £60
I also offer a combination treatment for both the reflexology and Indian head massage lasting 90 mins at a cost £90.00
Please note if any of the following apply to you then you will need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment:
- Suffering from a fever, have a contagious or infectious disease.
- On a course on antibiotics.
- Under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol.
- Suffering from diarrhoea and vomiting
- Have deep vein thrombosis (D.V.T)
Payment is requested upon completion of the treatment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100%
